plum & apple jam.
I made my first batch of jam yesterday.. The neighbour’s have a plum tree & are currently swimming in plums, so they bought a few round for us! I used a recipe I found on The Cottage Smallholder & tweaked it a bit for the quantities I had.. (I also added some apples). & it seems to have turned out ok!
